Order for TV placed on 20 October 2024 with understanding delivery will take maximum 1 week. 1 week later during the day of delivery, said delivery is delayed for another 2 weeks maximum. And now 15 November on the day of delivery said delivery is now by 29 November. Between those delays I've chatted with customer service twice and both times they cannot confirm if delivery will happen and ask to just wait. Very dissapointed since I've been a long time Samsung customer and never experienced this with any provider ever.
When going into the website, the TV model and size is still advertised as Available. So if they're taking orders and delaying my delivery.
