Aattempted to contact Samsung for clarification on delivery date for my s24 ultra pre order. Chat gets closed due to inactivity calls will be answered by rude lying customer service saying don't expect anything once they have the phone they will deliver. Got the gist not expect anything from Samsung and if tou learn anything from this event never buy Samsung. Got it I hope I learned. 🤬🤬

Cancelled my order. My S24+ will not come until end of February. Samsung are a mess with these pre-orders.

Got my S24 Ultra delivered today, di ask for delivery on Friday but not complaining I got it on release day

How long does it take for the call to get through? Mine didn't even connect, live chat disconnected very weird

I had the same problem. They should take more responsibility for their promises or stop taking extra money for the shipping if they don't intend to give it to us anyway.
