Continue to Payment Button not working in Checkout

As the title reads, I'm attempting to purchase items and when I select my local store it has the option to continue to payment. Doesn't matter how many times I click, refresh etc it does nothing. Is this service effected by Microsoft's

 

outage or am I just having bad luck?

Probably something to do with all the systems being down across the world. You may not be cursed today

I have same problem when try to buy a monitor and pay now button not responding at all
