I bought a phone recently and used the trade-in offer. Although it was stated that I would have the discount included automatically, I was charged the full amount. The phone I traded in was received by Samsung eight days ago, and I have no idea what is going on.
Why was my discount not applied automatically, as stated?
Am I to expect a reimbursement at some point?
Is it normal to not receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the traded in device?
I am unable to make phone calls to resolve this due to a speech impediment. I have had two Live Chat conversations that randomly ended half way into the conversation for no reason at all. I am so very confused.

Thank you for your post.
I have tried four times now to speak with the agents at the live chat. Most of them have been lovely enough, and mention a "technical issue" with the chat system.
I have since been given an email address by them that I shall now try.
