Complaint about Samsung Rewards

I'm unsure if this happened to anyone on the Gold Tier level. 

I am a Gold Tier customer. On 10.10.2024, I received an email from Samsung saying "Congratulations, you've been upgraded to Samsung Rewards+, our loyalty programme for extra special customers. To welcome you to Rewards+, We've credited £50.00 of Rewards points to your account. Just be sure to spend them within 2 years. I was totally over the moon, Black Friday was coming and I indeed need a new device. 

However, when I logged into my account today, there is no £50.00 rewards. I rang the Samsung Customer Service, after 30 mins, I finally reached the correct department. (By the way, the Samsung phone system does not offer the option for "Rewards Points", you will have to connect to "Samsung Shop" to raise your issue.)

Then I was told the that the email was missent to me. The email and rewards were meant to be "Platinum" Customers. Not anyone on the Gold Tier. For your information, my case Reference number is 220245952. Is this only happening to myself? Is anyone on the Gold Tier experiencing the same issue? 

Well, I am a bit sad, a bit disappointed and felling a bit humiliated. 

hmm... not a nice experience. As I was so value the rewards, but told not extra special enough to have it.

No i think there was an IT issue when that happened
There were other posts at the time.
Created some confusion
Your not the only one it's happened to.
I got upgraded to Platinum. But I didn't get any rewards points either.
