Basically I bought a pre order code for the s25u. I then bought the phone but the code didn't work and I paid for the phone without the £100 discount(that I paid £50 for). Chat have told me twice that they would give me a £100 future purchase code for the inconvenience but each time I've tried to use the code they gave me (to use towards Galaxy Bud Pro 3) the code they gave me has been invalid?! I don't know what to do.
