Hi, I just received a confirmation email about my products being dispatched from Samsung online store. On my orders page I can see that it is being shipped with DHL, however I do not get any tracking number in my email or on the webpage displaying the status of my order. This is weird because even for a 10 Euro worth of product from Amazon or other companies I always get a tracking number when my product is shipped. I like to keep an eye on the parcel myself, but I cannot do that without the tracking number. Is there any way I can get the tracking number for my parcel?

The tracking number sometimes comes with a certain delay by email. You should receive the tracking number within the next few hours.

If you don't receive an email from DHL with a tracking number by tomorrow, the shop support can certainly help.
