No DHL tracking number

I received an email this morning that my items are shipped and on the way but I haven't received any tracking numbers from DHL

Also what happens when I can't receive the parcel (for example in case of travelling)? does the parcel get returned and refunded?

If you order through Samsung online go to your account and in your order ypu can see if it is dispatched or not yet. If it is dispatched then there will be and option to track your parcel. And there you can see the tracking number. Not everytime you get an. Email with tracking number from Samsung.

Du kannst Pakete von Samsung normalerweise sowieso nicht an eine Packstation oder einen Nachbarn umleiten. Wenn man das versucht werden die stante pede zurückgeschickt.
