My package returned by DHL without delivery

I was surprised to receive a mail from DHL that they could not locate my location and that they would return my package to you. I have used this same location for several package delivery and got them all. In fact, I was home all day and didn't hear my bell ring. They couldn't give me the estimated time of delivery and didn't come, I suppose. All I saw was that they'd returned my package.

I didn't make any mistake with the address and in fact, I was home all day. Nobody rang my bell. and  there was no notification whatsoever nor expected delivery time in order to moI saw at about 3:14 pm was a mail that they couldn't deliver the package and that they would be returning to the sender.

The worst of it all is the customer service, I have never seen such an outrageously poor service before in my life. I sent several mails to the online shop and till now, I am yet to receive any response from samsung

I've never seen a very below par, unresponsive customer service than Samsung DE.
It's a heart-wrenching.

I've tracked the package and it had been received by Samsung and confirmed by one of the agents, but what is baffling me is the delay from your side in refunding me since you got your product back.
