Hi Community,
I gave my Samsung s22 ultra for Samsung care+ repair. It has been 2 months and 5 days since I gave my device. I don't have any idea when my device will be back. I asked them for any date and what duration will it go. They are so rude after 60 emails and 20 calls they are disconnecting my call. I feel helpless.
I told him, I am buying always the newest device from Samsung. I own Fold 4 s24 ultra, S23 ultra. I own each and every Samsung flagship device. He told me you are just a normal customer to us. Because you did not spend 100000 euros. ( I mean really he said this). I asked for the transcript and recording of my call. In Germany, I confirmed that my call should be recorded. He refused to give the transcript.
I never ever had to avail Samsung care+ . I have all my devices covered . I thought this is a nice thing to have, But Samsung proved me wrong. I am totally depressed.
Today was Extreme the customer care person shouted and disconnected the call upon insisting to tell me a date when my device will be returned. I am not sure what to do.
I wrote about 60-70 emails to different email ids. Looks like Samsung is deaf and they dont care.
I can post the whole email thread. Looks like i wont to show people what it feels to be samsung customer. They are so not worth it.
