Samsung care+ is the worst in europe.!! never ever samsung again.

Hi Community,

I gave my Samsung s22 ultra for Samsung care+ repair. It has been 2 months and 5 days since I gave my device. I don't have any idea when my device will be back. I asked them for any date and what duration will it go. They are so rude after 60 emails and 20 calls they are disconnecting my call. I feel helpless. 

I told him, I am buying always the newest device from Samsung. I own Fold 4 s24 ultra, S23 ultra. I own each and every Samsung flagship device. He told me you are just a normal customer to us. Because you did not spend 100000 euros. ( I mean really he said this). I asked for the transcript and recording of my call. In Germany, I confirmed that my call should be recorded. He refused to give the transcript. 

I never ever had to avail Samsung care+ . I have all my devices covered . I thought this is a nice thing to have, But Samsung proved me wrong. I am totally depressed. 

Today was Extreme the customer care person shouted and disconnected the call upon insisting to tell me a date when my device will be returned. I am not sure what to do.

I wrote about 60-70 emails to different email ids. Looks like Samsung is deaf and they dont care. 

I can post the whole email thread. Looks like i wont to show people what it feels to be samsung customer. They are so not worth it.

You can also contact the CEO of Samsung Germany and ask for clarification on this matter.
Please provide your details, the processing number, and a summary of your contact.
- I'm sorry about your problem with the support staff. Unfortunately, they're only human.
- I hope the CEO can help you.

- For the record: You cannot get this information anywhere. This is also data that a "simple" support employee does not have access to. For data protection reasons, this data can only be obtained by a judge.

- The processing status of your repair is displayed online. What does it say?

Thats realy a sad story. But maybe try an easy way. Here at members you can get some help under Support. Simply click on the Support Button on the right side here at members. And i bet you will find some help there.
And dont worry to much about the language - even in Germany some guys are able to speak some other languages. PEACE ☯
