Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a recent ordeal that's left me both disappointed and disheartened with Samsung, a brand I've been loyal to for many years. On January 28, 2024, filled with excitement, I pre-ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Imagine my surprise when, just a few days later, I discovered my eagerly awaited device was delivered to someone else entirely on the first of February.
Attempting to resolve the issue, I reached out to Samsung's support, expecting some assistance or at least empathy for the mix-up. Instead, I was bluntly told the order was "delivered" and that it was up to me to sort it out with the unintended recipient. It baffled me how a mistake on their end turned into my responsibility, with no offer to help or rectify the situation from Samsung's side.
Over a month and a half has passed since then, with no progress or support from Samsung. Their lack of concern and refusal to acknowledge their mistake has been eye-opening. I've been a staunch supporter of Samsung for years, but this experience has significantly changed my perspective.
I'm now at a point where I see no other option but to seek legal advice to address this issue. But, I wanted to share my story with all of you here to raise awareness. If you're planning on purchasing a new Samsung device, you might want to consider buying from a third-party retailer or at least be prepared for potentially inadequate support should anything go wrong.
It's a tough lesson learned on my end, but I hope my experience can help others make more informed decisions.

Did you order the smartphone from the German Samsung online shop?
If so, did you contact the team from Shop Support directly? You can do this using this form. It is also available in English: https://rtpm.spectos.com/en/samsung-service
If a delivery is lost or has been delivered incorrectly, you have the option of initiating an investigation. In this case, the colleagues will send you a form on which you must confirm that you have not received the delivery.
If you confirm this, the colleagues can initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider.
