I believe only Germany has One UI 5 beta program in Europe at the moment.

Only US, England, Germany maybe and some more have OneUi 5 beta. Only for s22 series atm. So if you don't live in any of these countries then you cannot apply for it

It would be nice to participate but typically those things are limited to USA, and a few European countries... Just like several of the Samsung apps, the Nordics are restricted.
