Warranty question

If I sell a Samsung product on will they honour any oustanding warranty providing the buyer has my original proof of purchase ?

Yes, will carry on and even with no receipt, engineers at the centre could still be able to trace the warranty through the serial number. Except for those cases like FRP removal and the like, really requires a receipt.
