Hey members

A quick question. Which is better? Vodafone or EE? I'm using S24 Ultra unlocked.

I'm with Vodafone and finding most places have 4g, few have 5g and coverage overall had worsened since 3g switch off.

I'm thinking of moving to EE. Nationally they claim to be the best (so do Voda).

I know it all depends on where you live and go but I do travel a lot so.........

Any thoughts on which is the better network?

I live out in the sticks in Derbyshire Dales and recently left Vodafone for EE. Vodafone was on Edge in so many places and hardly any 4G and sparse 5G. I tested an EE sim and it's night and day so much better coverage

I use lebara in the UK. They have some of the best sim only deals like crazy cheap.
Download hotukdeals app and check there .

Thank you. It isn't so much price that matters here, it is the quality of signal.

I can get decent Vodafone SIMs for sub £10. EE a little more I but manageable if you take their broadband.

I use 02 and have done for a good few years with no issues plus bonus of free eu roaming up to 25gb, I use uswitch to search for best deals.

Thank you but I'm only looking at Vodafone and EE here.

O2 have the weakest 5g network and that isn't likely to change much anytime soon.

Tbh. I'd say you have to do a trial and error like me and see which you are most comfortable with I. Terms of the signal. I literally tried all near my place and O2 and Vodafone were more reliable.

Maybe buy a pay as you go sim for each and see what works best for you for your area

Thank you.

I have a company EE mobile and found out this week that our corporate contract has been upgraded to include 5g so I'm checking it every where I go lol. 🤣🤣🤣

I have never had any problems with EE. But my brother moved to Vodafone from EE. He prefers Vodafone's signal. Always had trouble with EE. He was using note 9 at the time.
