Hello. I bought a new monitor and ran into a problem. The monitor does not turn off when the computer is turned off. Type: LC34G55TWWIXCI Software version: M-T5534GCPA-1003.0
I have another such monitor but with firmware version 1002.4 and there is no such problem. Please help with updating the firmware to the old version or the new one.

Hi @Daniel-M,
I followed your advice and did contact them. I didn't get any viable solution. My last hope before returning it is to check if there is, somehow, a hidden firmware update not shown/released on the website of the product.
If any of you could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

hello i have a g5 monitor model LC27G55TQBMXEG and i cant find any frimware files or anything i have 1001 verison and also there's flickering any help?

Hi @someone33!
You already have the latest version available for your monitor. If you experience that the screen flickers, we recommend that you test to check that the image cable is properly seated and also test with a different cable if you have the opportunity to do so.

Is there an update available yet?
I often have vertical flickering stripes in any browser if connected via DP, not with HDMI tho.

cant seem to be able to make my monitor run 165hz any advice or a firmware update etc? would love to have it fully unlocked thanks.

You already have the latest firmware available for your monitor. We recommend that you check the specifications of the image cable you are using. As well as check if you can change the Hz in the computer settings.
Should none of this work, we would like you to come back with what kind of cable you are using and what kind of device you have the monitor connected to.

I have problem with monitor , I can't upload firmware on my monitor , I have downloaded on my PC , and on my USB Stick, but when I tried to upload to monitor , shows me that file doesn't exist on my USB Stick. Can you help what can I do.
My monitor has 165 hz , but at moment I don't get more of 100 Hz.
