Unpacked - Notification to register to the unpacked but when you press it the page doesn't load ?

Hey did any one else get a samsung members app notification to register to the unpacked but when you press it the page didn't load

Mine did load but came up with an error that I wasn't eligible...

I've already registered to that this seemed different now when I click it it say maximum participants limit reached

me to first a message urging me to register and then if I click it saying that I am not eligible, not nice
