Does anybody else find that samsung Shop Support are a joke. They lie and are not helpful. I used to love samsung about after this experience I have had am done. I hate samsung
If you provide some context, and a question. Maybe so.eone here can help. For me, my experience is totally different. I have had the help I needed and they have been very good. But you haven't said why you are not satisfied
