I have seen posts over the past few weeks about this, but this morning I spotted it in my Junk mail and had a look.
Quick look at the email address is a phishing

It's Samsung's e-mail, it's not scam

Why we have Samsung's mods here, they can confirm if this is legit Samsung's e-mail

I've got one too. Checked on our internal support system, and there's a couple of articles on there about legit emails going out about the "inactive Samsung account policy" that match the details in the email... although annoyingly none of them give the exact email address they're being sent from. But the only difference in the email address from the other (genuine) Samsung account alert emails I have is that "notice" in it.

You just need to log in to your Samsung account through a device or web browser at least once in a 24-month period and it keeps it active and it won't delete everything. Guide on that here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-set-up-or-log-into-my-samsung-account-on-...
From our internal Support article on this relating to the Samsung Cloud specifically:
Method 1:
Use the Samsung Cloud app’s ‘Sync’, or ‘Back up data’ features.
Settings > Tap your Samsung account at the top > Samsung Cloud
Turn on desired items in the Sync and Back up data category.
Method 2:
Log in to the Samsung Cloud web page (linked below) using your Samsung account.
https://support.samsungcloud.com/
Please additionally be aware of the following:
Once the customer indicates their intention to reuse the service, their account status will be updated to active, and further deletion notifications will be stopped.
Their data will be retained for the next 12 months, and they will be able to use the Samsung Cloud service normally.
If they no longer wish to use the service or want their unused data to be deleted, advise the customer to simply ignore any future emails notifying them of the Samsung account long-term inactivity policy.
(Data marked for deletion will be permanently removed after the notification date.)
