Samsung Members notification problem

Hi guys,

I'm not getting notifications when people comment on my posts from the Samsung members app, yet I have all the settings toggled on. I think I still get notifications if people follow me though. What should I do? Screenshot of relevancy is below:

I have sent an error report on the members app, hopefully the developers will fix with an update.

Nice, hope so because it is getting really annoying that I have to check frantically to see if @BandOfBrothers has replied to my comments lol, as I have no idea when he has replied, because of no notifications showing up!

Hi guys, just wanted to say my notifications are working again! Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm absolutely confused as to what really fixed it lol.

I'm having a different issue with the notifications in Samsung Members, it says that I have one notification, but I can't find it and clear it, tried turning-off notifications for the app but that didn't work, nothing seems to work.

Tried everything I could think of and I still can't clear notifications from the Samsung Members app on my Samsung J2 Pro mobile phone, tried turning off notifications but it seems to stubbornly ignore the setting, I got one notice about a feature called Places no longer being available in Android 12, I looked at the notice, and I still have one red notification on the Samsung Members app icon that I can't get rid of no matter what I try....Samsung, why did you make it like that?, why did you make it frustratingly hard to clear the notifications?

Try submitting an error report via the Members app and that should fix the issue 🙂.
