Thank you for reaching out! How is your phone now? It's normal that your phone will get al little bit more warm in the beginning, especially when your phone is learning your mobile habits. When your phone knows about your usage pattern, the energy usage will automatically adjust to the best settings.

 

Did you install your phone with a back-up? Sometimes when you install a back-up some apps may have some issues, I would recommend to install your phone without a back-up of your apps and only set a back-up on your new phone from your contacts and media files.

Vet inte om din mobil har hämtat sig!?
Men jag har en S22 Ultra 5G 512 som beter sig som din + en hel del andra fel, så måndags exemplar är det inte.
Samsung har varit helt medveten om dom stora problem som modellen har.
Men att fokusera på att få den nya processorn att funka och bli så snabb och bra som jag fastnade för innan köp.
SÅ stora problem har den ännu 😡

Jag har den S22 Ultra sedan lanserades och har haft endast två problem. Tappar GPS signaler kontinuerligt och tappar täckning och internet då och då. Snälla Samsung släpp en flagship mobil problemfritt.

Hi just wondering because my phone since i got it, the battery drained so fast, and it keeps hanging up even before i still have pictures and vedios on it. I do all the updates but still i got these problems.😞 i am a samsung user long time ago, but this model is such a dissapointed😞  i really want to change a model. My note 10 is superb i really love it.

Sorry to hear that about your Samsung phone! When your phone is new you usually do some settings, try out the features etc which can take up some extra battery. You can also check in your battery settings to see what apps takes up battery and so on. Hopefully this will help you 😊

The first week of using my s22 ultra i already post here that my unit is a battery hunger, and it crashes a lot. And i read some comments to just do an update. I am always updated on the software but i still have the same issue. My battery will not last, i always bring a charger with me, and its so annoying, and its crashes from time to time. And i tried watching movie on both my note 10 and my s22 ultra. My s 22 keep stopping and reading but on my note 10 it keeps playing, so my internet is not the problem it is the mobile unit (s22) it self. Do i got a factory deffect unit or s22 ultra is really have this issue? I really regret why i order this model.its really frustrating. Also calling with bluetooth is really not good. So sad to have this unit.
