Hi. I claimed my £10 voucher during the problems with the galaxy store not working (not realising at the time the store wasn't working) and when it was working i purchased a wallpaper for £0.89. I now go to the store to purchase something else with the code and it says the voucher has been used. Yet there should still be £9.11 left. Does anyone know how to solve this?

The Galaxy store voucher is only reedemable once regardless of what funds are left . Once you used that voucher you've used it.

I found this out the hard way too.

I bought a font that ended up costing me a tenner.

I'll never buy anything else from the store ever again.

It's absolultely scandalous.

I've already complained to their customer service and when thru the whole argument, and if you though to refund the purchased item and void the transaction. They added the verbiage that you cancel any of the item after you've pressed ; pay now.
