Claming my disney plus for new s24 plus

I am trying to claim my Disney plus for my pre order of S24 plus and i can't seem to find my new device. It only seems to show my old device S21 and obviously says I'm not eligible. I've deleted S21 off my samsung account. Now when I try says can't find any devices, some advice and help would be really helpful ? Thank you.
