Does anyone know how to actually get into this? I have been a member for years and never got a chance to test anything I do have multiple samsung accounts however I can't remember the login details

It is a case of being a good contributing member of the community on here... being generally helpful and providing advice for others.

The moderators sometimes acknowledge good active contributors by making them a 'samsung star'... and with perhaps some perks of testing hardware or being offered the chance to attend a launch event.

Looking at your number of posts and comments on the forums, although being a member for years you haven't been a highly active contributor.

So spend some more time posting, helping, and generally active on the community and your efforts may be rewarded.

That being said, I have been here for years, 60 posts of my own and 700 odd comments and I have yet to be recognised... so don't expect instant results if you start making a few comments here and there 😃

Obviously most here are just samsung users... giving up some time to help others that have questions. Overall I would say we have a good community of helpful people here... and happy to spend their own time advising others.

I should of stuck to my old account but unfortunately forgot the email I used and the password so can't get back on to that one but I'm sure eventually yes we will be recognised I also do like helping people on here sometimes they just don't like being helped and it's very frustrating

The nature of forums are that they can portray a fairly 'negative' bias, as many just come here when they have a problem, or alternatively to complain or vent their frustrations.

Some people genuinely want help, and others are not interested in finding a solution, but rather want to just shame samsung.

Some people have very valid reasons for complaint and therefore need a sympathetic ear. And others just need assistance with a technical issue.

Sometimes it is nice to be helpful as a long term samsung user... 😉

Being a Members Star doesn't in itself qualify you to automatically get anything.
We still need to contribute to the community.
It just happens recently some opportunities arose. But there maybe nothing for some while now.
I think being helpful is part of being a Members Star.
It's the type of your posts and quality as well.
Consistency might be part of a decision.

I have been to two Unpacked Events now.
It's hard work the events, but an experience to be part of.
Some got a chance to get some home appliances to try.
This time I wasn't a part of that.
But I did get the Z Fold 6 to try for a few months. I will be giving my thoughts very shortly on my experience with it.

Just keep interested in the community and do your thing.
See where it ends up 😃

Honestly, I got the opportunity to test devices before i even got notified about becoming a members star. I think its to do with being active in the forums. Within 2 years ive posted 55 posts and over 1000 comments and 10+ solutions (im not sure if any of this matters, but anyway).
I never expected to get the opportunity but it came very very randomly. Maybe one day you'll get the opportunity but i do recommend if you want to become a members star, then maybe help out where you can etc. Have a nice day!
Edit: Upon looking at your profile your first post is literally shaming the samsung community, so i dont think that'd help.
