Don't believe this is only a one ui 7 feature but it's one most won't know anyway. On the s24 and s25 series phones, in a phone call, open the panel (the thing where you swipe down and have wifi, Bluetooth and brightness). You'll see a little new option set to standard. Set it to voice focus. You just enabled an AI audio filter on phone calls so your mic only picks up your voice, no background sound. It saves when you set it. Works on WhatsApp and telegram too.
