I received the wrong product.

Called Samsung who would send me a mail, didn't receive it.

Called again, same result.

Posted a tweet EVERY day for a month, no reply

Used whatsapp no reply

 

I feel threatened like *****, a. So frustrated I want to sell al our 7 Samsung devices and never return.

I can understand that this is very frustrating for you.

I assume that you received the wrong item after making a purchase in the Samsung Shop? Could you leave your order number behind, then someone from Samsung will get back to you to resolve this. I'll forward it to them myself.
