How do i get to speak to someone in the Uk

How do i get to speak to someone in the UK at Samsung or Customer Complaints as i have spent over 18 hours trying to get a problem sorted and nobody at Samsung is interested in helping or they just keep passing me from pillar to post and every time this is taking 1 hour to go through the long process .

Emailed Uk customer services email but ends up dealing with someone that can't assist

You can find the number on Google but if it's technical you will probably get better information here. There are some clever people on board.

I also would like to speak to someone. There used to be an 0333 number but seems to have dispaaeared and the chat service they advertise as 24/7 just recycles to online support menuws
