Freestyle projector keystone can't be adjusted after update

The freestyle projector firmware was automatically updated to 1603 yesterday and now the keystone cannot be adjusted both manually and auto, as well as focus.

The arrows brinks on the keystone adjustment screen when pressing direction buttons on the remote control but it does not do anything.

Some other people are having the same issue and I'm sure this is because of the recent update.

Any chance this will be fixed soon?

Same here in Greece. Also, certain options are now disabled in the Setting menu, like Picture Size and even Update.

Same here, Poland. I tried to reset to factory settings. Now I don't have any apps, but keystone and autofocus still not working.

Samsung, fix this asap!

This community is for the Scandinavian market, so I can only answer for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. I have sent this further within Samsung, hopefully it will be solved soon! 🙌

If you live in another country, I would suggest you to notify Samsung support/community in your country.

i found the above in a US forum and it worked for me. Still seems like there’s a problem that Samsung need to resolve but it might get you around it in the meantime

Same here in the Netherlands. 
any solution..? I’m really dissatisfied with the firmware in general. Quite a lot of shutdowns. Latency is a nightmare and a restart is needed every other day.

I have the same issue, no control over the keystone, the update panel is now greyed out, come on Samsung where are those dudes with the white coats? get them onto it...

Same here in Australia. The last two weeks our screen has looked like this and the keystone is locked / jammed. Samsung fix this already would you, please!

It's pretty obvious what the problem is Daniel, it's the genius that worked on the update, I hope when he's fired he's not hired by a nuclear plant

Sweden, I have the same problem, it constantly shows a curve. I correct it manually, it breaks again.
