Apps not visible

Hi All!

Since switching to Z Flip 5 (from Flip 3) some apps doesn't show among apps but in play store they turn up as installed with choice to open...

They also sends notifications in case I've asked for it earlier.

Spooky...

Which apps are you unable to see in the app menu?

Right now it's an app called "Mitt Fortum" It's an app from our power delivery company where I get notified about the coming day hourly prices.

I get the notifications and can read them. But in-between notifications I can only open the app via play store.

Maybe the problem lies hidden in my security copy from Flip 3 reinstalled on the new Flip 5...

Then we recommend that you go to settings in the phone > Home screen > Hide apps on home and app screens. Check here if the app has been hidden.
