That's unfortunate @Richy951811 however that would be something you'd need to speak to who sold them to you to see if you have a cooling off period to be able to return them.

Hi @Richy951811 That will be frustrating, hopefully you are still in cooling of period. a matter of interest is it just the size of the Headphones , how do you find the Sound quality?
