Hi all, I've been sent a email to get disney plus but there is no code. There is a redeem button but no code anywhere in the email. If someone can't point me in the right direction that would be brilliant. Thanks paul

I am currently having the exact same issue. I have received no emails from samung almost 45 days since first submission I have sent emails to the dedicated email address for those apparently dealing with is spoke to samsung support on twitter and getting nowhere. Samsung don't care. The service is awful.

Hey pls can you check email address that sent you the code? I need to search my inbox to see if they have sent any email to me in the past as I used my junk email address for things like this. Thanks
