Hi, hope you can help. I have submitted a claim , but have received an email requesting I upload further information. When I login to "Check My Claim" there is no option to upload anything . I have have contacted support by just got an auto reply . Any Idea. Thanks

Hi @Members_QFssvb1 , Are you able to email the team at christmas@samsungpromotions.claims with your claim reference number, other details (e.g. your name) and the info requested attached/included?
