I mistakenly requested some data and since then I keep getting an error message 'To handle your personal data request we've locked your samsung cloud and turned off sync and auto back up.  I can't access the cloud or get rid of these messages. It has been for a few months.  I have tried everything and signed out of my samsung account but I need it to use the samsung pay on my watch so very frustrated. Can anyone help?
