I mistakenly requested some data and since then I keep getting an error message 'To handle your personal data request we've locked your samsung cloud and turned off sync and auto back up.  I can't access the cloud or get rid of these messages. It has been for a few months.  I have tried everything and signed out of my samsung account but I need it to use the samsung pay on my watch so very frustrated. Can anyone help?

Contact samsung support DIRECTLY, as they've locked your account. only they can unlock it although you'll probably need to provide some info if they ask.
