Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a display issue I am experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (model number: [insert model, e.g., SM-G990E]).

After a recent software update i.e. on 21/05/2025, a vertical green line appeared on my device screen. The device has not suffered any recent physical or water damage. While the phone did experience a minor fall around 6 months ago, it continued to function perfectly without any display issues until this update... This issue seems to be affecting many users and appears to be a hardware fault triggered by the update.

Device Details:
- Model: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE
- Date of Purchase: Oct 26,2022
- Place of Purchase: online platform/Flipkart

I kindly request that you consider this under the screen replacement program that has been extended for devices facing this issue. I am willing to visit an authorized Samsung service center as needed.
