Hi,
The plastic broke once already in August'24 and i was able to get it fixed under warranty.
The same part broke again last week (Dec'24) and i'm told it's out of warranty now and so i will have to pay for the fix ~$500 CAD including tax. I have spoken to the customer care at the store, and i have also escalated the issue on the phone. They all gave me the same answer. I have just escalated the issue to Samsung Email support.
This is ridiculous and extremely disappointing as the same part broke on me < 6 months of my fix and now i have to pay $500 to get it fixed?
I also have little confidence that it won't break on me again even after I get it fixed as it broke 2x in less than 14 months.
Can you help me?
