Hi,
The plastic broke once already in August'24 and i was able to get it fixed under warranty.
The same part broke again last week (Dec'24) and i'm told it's out of warranty now and so i will have to pay for the fix ~$500 CAD including tax. I have spoken to the customer care at the store, and i have also escalated the issue on the phone. They all gave me the same answer. I have just escalated the issue to Samsung Email support.
This is ridiculous and extremely disappointing as the same part broke on me < 6 months of my fix and now i have to pay $500 to get it fixed?
I also have little confidence that it won't break on me again even after I get it fixed as it broke 2x in less than 14 months.
Can you help me?

Hi @happy0girl. As we are the Samsung Community forum in the UK, there's unfortunately nothing we're going to be able to do to assist you with this matter. I would recommend that you continue to liaise with the Customer Support team in Canada, and see what they say regarding the email you have escalated to them.
It would also be worth posting on the Canadian Samsung Community forum to see if any of the moderators there are able to provide you with any additional suggestions.
I hope you manage to get this matter resolved to your satisfaction.
