Careful people, on Samsung.com they have an offer stating that if customers purchase an S24 or S24 Ultra by 3/12/24 they'll be in with a chance to leave a review and get a set of the buds 3 pro. In the small print it also says by the 3/12/24. I've just spoken to an advisor who told me that even though it's not on the website, the validity period is between 25/11/24 and 3/12/24. So even though I followed the link on their site and bought mine on the 20th, I'm not able to claim this offer!
Also, guess who's making a formal complaint!
