Hello, finally received my new buds 3 pro last week. And they're gone. This is literally the first time this had happened with anything I own. I quickly go to the find feature and turn on lost mode and search, nowhere near me. They are supposed by be trackable even in the case, and it doesn't work. I have been checking the last two days and there's been no updates, so either nobody has come close to my buds who owns a Samsung phone in these two days (unlikely) or it straight up doesn't work, and yea they had charge. So this is a great way to find out I have a defective product, and customer support, after 40 minutes, just tells me to buy a new one. No, we can't give you a discount, yes you still need to mail us your trade in device. I wasn't waiting in like 40 minutes, it took 10 minutes to get new responses every time.
