Hello, finally received my new buds 3 pro last week. And they're gone. This is literally the first time this had happened with anything I own. I quickly go to the find feature and turn on lost mode and search, nowhere near me. They are supposed by be trackable even in the case, and it doesn't work. I have been checking the last two days and there's been no updates, so either nobody has come close to my buds who owns a Samsung phone in these two days (unlikely) or it straight up doesn't work, and yea they had charge. So this is a great way to find out I have a defective product, and customer support, after 40 minutes, just tells me to buy a new one. No, we can't give you a discount, yes you still need to mail us your trade in device. I wasn't waiting in like 40 minutes, it took 10 minutes to get new responses every time.

I am having the same problem with my buds pro 3. The tracking does not work. It has been 8 days and it says the last place I left them was at my gym on the 21st. I know for sure I brought them home and charged them after the gym. I have tried the "search for device" multiple times and it does not work. This seems like false advertising.

Same issue. I know they are in the house but find nearby doesn't work. Second time I wanted to try this. It doesn't find unless the case is open.

I can confirm that. If the earbuds haven’t been used for several hours (or days, idk), the 'Find' feature stops working, even though the earbuds and case are charged and sitting right next to me, which makes the 'Find' function useless
