Hello! I've purchased my S20 Plus in 2020 May, and I've been experiencing glitching white lines on my phone screen since 2021 October, before it became worse. The whole screen will change to a green hue randomly, and today, the whole screen turned white! I was so surprised & upset as I did not drop the phone or expose it with water at all.
I went to my nearest Samsung store to seek help & they could not give me any explanation to why it was happening & suggested to either get a $349 repair or a new phone.
Just wanted to know if there are more users who experienced this & what were your next course of action. Thank you.
