have you a screen shot ?? as it could come from a 3rd party software that you could have downloaded

If its media one at the top, tap and hold then tap remove

Hello there Caroline,
Please attach a screenshot of the notification so we can see what app is causing it.
You can disable most notifications by:
Holding on the notification > Tapping settings > Toggling off ″Show notifications″ for that app.
I recommend not doing that yet as the app could be dangerous, essential or it could block all notifications from an app you often use.

If you still cannot disable the notification, please take a screenshot of the notification and report the problem via the Members app. Do not forget to attach log files!

Would be good to have an idea of what the app is, however; if you go to settings notifications and more, here you'll be able to silence the individual app. However probably best to uninstall the app and reinstall it as it sounds like the app maybe corrupt. It it is a Samsung app report it in the error reporting section.
