Always on Notification

One feature I have missed since having the S20 Ultra is an led notification.

If my phone is on do not disturb, I miss a lot of messages unless I keep waking up the screen.

Is there a way of having a feature like some software developers have done by having this kind of feature on the AOD, always on display flashing to indicate a notification around the front camera.
