Would the phone still get the final release Android one up 4 .0

If I factory reseted phone while I was in beta ?

As my Samsung account won't be 

logged in because I want to sell the phone .

You would have to see and check the official press releases to see when the official One Ui 4 would be released and the roll out schedule for your device would be. Pleass note that you will loose any and all data on your device if you roll your device back to One Ui 3 so plesse ensure you back up all your device data using smart switch BEFORE rolling your device/ leaving this Beta testing program.

I don't want to downgrade.
I factory reset the phone .
Phone Is still with oneui 4.0 beta
And still enrolled .
My question is if at final release of a12 the phone will get it as update even though my Samsung account is not in there anymore .

Your device ID gets registered with the beta program, so matters not if your logged in etc, you will still receive beta firmware updates when they are released, and final when that rolls out.
