I know some people have had issues with WiFi problems with virgin hub 3 routers. I had hoped that these might have been fixed with beta 3 but after a while my router stops working and needs resetting. I've tried the network reset in the phone settings but that's not done the trick. Has anyone else had better luck with this?

I would say I've not had a problem upto now but I only been at home 4 hours since the update 😅

Fair enough mate 😁 if there's no quick fix I'll just have to wait it out and hope it's fixed in the next beta.

I've had multiple issues and finally had Virgin out today and got them to put a Hub 4 in. Low and behold it's solved the problem. Get Virgin out and show the engineer this forum and they'll shove a Hub 4 in without any issues.

No issues at all from my s21. But sometimes a reboot does help every so often.

Had them out the other day when it was still beta 2. The engineer couldn't figure out the problem but just replaced with another hub 3. Lo and behold ut hasn't sorted it 😂

I've just switched WiFi off for now, fed up of the interruptions

Get them back out and get it changed to the Hub 4. 😆

I don't use virgins rubbish, I can't even get WiFi in the kitchen and I live in a flat, I've put their rubbish into modem mode and hardwired a GL.inet S1300 for my main router, never had a problem since, unless virgin are messing around with the network again.
