WhatsApp weird buzz with beta 3

Since updating last night, everytime I open WhatsApp the speaker start buzzing (it's not a vibration but a sound) and only stop when I force close the app. Even if I don't receive any notification or calls etc. Wiped the cached partition, reinstalled WhatsApp but still happening. It's quite loud as well (as in people around me can hear it) but WhatsApp seems to work fine.

seem like disconnecting bluetooth watch 5 pro form the device fixes that bug

Yeah tried turning Bluetooth off and it also stopped. Also it seem to trigger it when I start scrolling or touching something inside WhatsApp, but if I try sending a message and not scrolling or anything it does buzz. Also when scrolling it seems to 'reset the buzz', really weird. Also noticed it seems to only come out from the main speaker.

I'm using the GW4, turning the Bluetooth off as someone mentioned seems to stop the buzzing.

I wouldn't say fix but it's a work around yeah

Try switching the Bluetooth off when you're using WhatsApp, still pretty annoying but at least it's a work around.

The only way round it at the minute is to go in to sounds and vibration then system sounds, then turn of vibrate and system sound hopefully they, will come up with a fix soon

Thanks for letting us know, please also report the issue through Samsung Members so the developers can take a look 😊 

However please keep in mind, that during the One UI Beta, it is possible that not all third-party applications will work as expected, due to compatibility issues 😔 If the issue is on WhatsApp side, we may need to wait for the app update.

Already reported it, definitely not a WhatsApp issue since it was fine just before and seems to stop when Bluetooth is off.

Turning Bluetooth off seem to stop the buzzing, not a fix but at least it's an easy work around for now
