Using phone with beta abroad.

Bit of a stupid question but as I'm due ti go on holiday was wondering has anyone while testing the beta went abroad and did it had any issues? I don't think should matter but wanted to check. As long as my phone is working as it is now I will be happy lol

Iam in Spain from the UK right now and absolutely no problems at all.

There will be difference experiences the Beta and it is fine for some, advisable though to have a back up device if abroad in my view.

Perfect thanks im going in Spain so happy to hear that, as long as phone camera and calls works and my banking I will be happy. Hopefully wont have any issues lol

I guess if you want to play it safe too while you're there, don't update to the next update just in case something breaks on your device (as long as your happy with the current state on your device).

Yeah indeed. Probably going fine but I'd probably postpone any updates while being abroad and having a back up would be wise (even when not running a beta it's probably still a good advice).

Thanks definitely wond update while I'm there I don't go till 26th so if there is a new beta would be before that either way lol

There should be no problems with the Beta while on vacation.

But just in case, as other users have suggested, you can postpone updates occurring while you are abroad and do them when you return home 😊.

If you've got google wallet with your cards saved in, it will not work. It will say ypu device does not meet security rquirements...

As I mentioned in other posts I use samsung pay. But not that bothered as long as I can use my actual banking app I can use my physical cards. But thanks. 😉
