Why can't I Sync with Samsung Cloud on my heath app?

As a first step, please make sure you're signed in to your Samsung account and that both Samsung Health and Samsung Cloud are up to date. If the sync option is still unavailable, please report it via the Samsung Members app so it can be investigated.

Samsung have said they know about the issue, and that it will be fixed in an upcoming update for the Samsung health app.
