Call screening

My problem is since updating when i try to use call screening it asks me to download samsung language core and when i try to it gives me error code 9909. This is on the samsung s26 ultra

When do we also get the you tube video with android 17 and the new 3d maps in google maps ?

I also have call screening enabled but haven't tested it yet after joining the beta. I'll report back. I'm curious what you mean with "YouTube video with android 17" though?

Samsung Language Core downloaded and installed without any issues on my S26U.

Have you tried again? If it doesn't I'd suggest a reboot.

I have done and i even reinstalled the phone to factory reset and it still wont download it .

This is a known issue after the update. The error usually means the required Samsung Language Core package isn’t installing correctly, which breaks Call Screening.

It’s not a hardware problem, but a dependency/download issue. Please report it via the Samsung Members so it can be checked with logs.

About Android 17 / 3D Maps: there’s no official release information or rollout date for those features yet.
