Lock screen clock cannot be moved down passed the middle

For some reason since beta 2, I can't move the clock widget down passed the middle of screen. Can't also seem to hide it completely which is annoying.

Try changing the lock screen clock settings and disabling any automatic layout options if available. It’s also worth restarting the device and checking whether the issue persists afterwards.

If you still can’t move or fully hide the clock after Beta 2, please report it through Samsung Members so it can be investigated further.
