Hi, I have traded in my s24 for s25 , it was too good deal not to, I have 2 questions that I would like to ask

1. Do I need to to downgrade back to one 6 to transfer my data to s25 ? I'm not to sure
2. Do I need to downgrade to one 6 when I send my device in for trade in ? I don't think they will like the warning box when you phone loads to homesceeen the first time and it gives the warning about beta .

Thanks

I understand all this however I don't want to get stuck talking with support back and forth , if I can spend 30 minutes and do it now rather than spend time on the phone trying to explain to them

I've traded a lot of devices to Samsung over the years and I just factory reset it, usually take a few photos or a video of it just in case, and that's it. As long as it's in good physical condition, you'll be fine. But I understand if you want to be extra sure, you can always revert back to the latest OneUI 6 version using SmartSwitch on your PC. Regarding transferring data, what's data do you not have already backed up that you're thinking of?

Hello @syedshah0777,

If you are not sure about the trade-in conditions you can always withdraw from the Beta Programme. You'll need to withdraw from the Beta programme through Samsung Members app. Then, once confirmed, you'd need to connect your device to a PC running Smart Switch and downgrade through that.
